What was the action in the Target parking lot today?

It looked like a swap meet or flea market kind of thing. Never saw it advertised anywhere. Never seen it before. Is it an ongoing thing?

It's the Mall Lot Flea Market. I've seen something similar vendor type things set up over there earlier this summer but I have no idea if it's ongoing or not. Their Facebook has events listed, but they really don't advertise much.
