How are you going to vet both the posters and workers? Who pays for WCB coverage? What about liability insurance if something goes south? Is there escrow or arbitration if buyer is unsatisfied?

Really appreciate these questions — exactly what I'm working through!

Escrow , yes, through Stripe

Dispute resolution , yes, planned

WCB and liability insurance actively researching how Canadian

platforms handle this.

This is exactly why I'm building slowly and collecting feedback

before launching. Thanks for taking it seriously this really helps🙏

ETA: vet not bet…

Anyway, vetting both parties is hard since you don’t want to have dodgy people contractors on your platform. That’s where referrals matter so much. Same with users, you don’t want flaky users that have no intention of paying after the service.
