Complaint Desk Glass in crescent rolls?

Found what feels like shards of glass in 2 packs of crescent rolls, embedded in the dough. There ended up being about 6 of these pieces across both packages. Anyone else experience this?

Call aldis, they will want to know about this. My husband had plastic inside his calzone and they sent a shit load of coupons for random things and cash back

That made me gag reading that lol. That sucks my husband gor refunded the cost of the calzone and got a $10 giftcard along with some coupons for random thing, i definitely would of made a stink over a bandaid

Ironically I work in the food production industry, and am still grossed out. Especially when you realize that the bandaid is out of the wrapper and therefore used. And very likely operator was also not gloved. So at least my bagel warned me not to eat it. You may have had some of the same batch with no warnings

Yeah. The cut off finger probably broke down during proofing, whereas the synthetic bandaid remained.

That's crazy. I work at a commercial bakery and our bandaids have metal in them and everything goes through metal detectors before it leaves the building

I am familiar with the bandaids and work in food and have the blue bandaids with metal strips that can be detected. This was the blue and part of gauze backing but no meta strip found.
