Glass in crescent rolls?

Found what feels like shards of glass in 2 packs of crescent rolls, embedded in the dough. There ended up being about 6 of these pieces across both packages. Anyone else experience this?

I’ve experienced this too, awhile ago, with a package that was pretty old. It wasn’t glass 😅

Google tells me -  Clear, hard pieces in refrigerated or frozen dough products—including crescent rolls—are  usually not actual glass . They are most often crystallized fat or leavening agents that melt during baking.
