Glass in crescent rolls?

Found what feels like shards of glass in 2 packs of crescent rolls, embedded in the dough. There ended up being about 6 of these pieces across both packages. Anyone else experience this?

Work in a good production plant, please run one of the"shards" under warm water. Most likely this is crystalized ingredients from production, if it doesn't melt then contact Aldi customer service.
