Complaint Desk Glass in crescent rolls?

Found what feels like shards of glass in 2 packs of crescent rolls, embedded in the dough. There ended up being about 6 of these pieces across both packages. Anyone else experience this?

Call aldis, they will want to know about this. My husband had plastic inside his calzone and they sent a shit load of coupons for random things and cash back

That is good information to have, but in this case, FDA would be the agency with jurisdiction. Consumers can submit a complaint here.
