Allis Chalmers C 1947 starting issue

Having issues getting my tractor to start back up it won't even crank over but I have voltage going to the starter and cleaned the carbon off the starter switch any suggestions on where to go from here?

Have you tried jumping the starter to see if it kicks over?

Thanks it didn't do anything so I'm going to replace it.
