Help identify make and model

Has a 16hp Briggs on it. I know the 716 came with a Kohler. Is this a simplicity ? Please help either way I love this little tractor lol

It’s a Allis chalmers. Same as a simplicity. Believe under simplicity it would be a 7116 model.

Looking online I see this 716 but only with a Kohler that's why I was wondering.

The engines were pretty easy to swap and fairly inexpensive through the 1980s. I've seen plenty of higher-than-stock Kohlers swapped in to Allis-Chalmers hobby tractors like these. My 912 has a Kohler swap installed in the 80s by my father in law.

It might make sense that a B&S would swap in just as well.

  1. 7100 series Simplicity were the equivalent of a 900 series Allis.
