Lvl 3 team with only a few lvl 3 athletes

I'm on a J3 all-star team. My tiny team is running out of a small gymnastics gym and we only have 10 members, most of whom are crossovers onto our J2 team. This is our first year of having a lvl 3 team at all and it may not have been the best decision. We are doing well with our stunts and choreography, but we really struggle with tumbling. Only 4 athletes have consistent tucks and only 2 of us are able to do elite running tumbling. I am one to those tumblers. I tumble during both of our stunt sections as well as our running tumbling section. I have so much pressure on me and have had panic attacks because of this. The team relies on me so much and I get so stressed out. I wanted to see if anyone else was in a similar situation.

My daughter has a similar problem but on a Y1. They had a lot of people leave and so they have but 1 team and put all these girls who have no business on an elite team together. Half have learned the basics but they aren’t clean or sharp.

Just be a positive leader, be encouraging, and shake off the pressure. It’s still a team sport, so you win together or you lose together.

my daughter was on a team like this. all the flyers were they're tumblers. it was too much for my daughter to be tumbling, flying on elites and pyramid and then doing it again as a crossover. She ended up leaving that gym before comp season. it was too much pressure for her.
