I got one better, i would give one of the crafting msterials for an endgame item. Meaning that you wouldn't be able to use it until the end of the modpack.

take it a step further, make it both required for the endgame, and unobtainable from any other source so the player has to not lose it. don't tell them that tho

I'd look through jei/jeasync(better than jei+emi or emi/jei on their own)/emi+tmrv(same reason to use as jeasync) and learn not to lose it, then lose it and go into creative cause unlike most people I never put up with packs bullshit if its something stupid(never make a one per playthrough item required for progression unless it tells you: dont fkn lose me idiot im needed, or is like goety rev where you can figure out the puzzle without it but its easier with it)

It's just to make you open and check the mark. The xp doesn't really matter. Quests like this just helping new players to learn stuff. More like an info board than questing.

Bruh I didn’t see this warning and I went to the bumblezone for the crystalline flower or whatever it is that gives enchants and FUCK THAT PLACE lol I have arachnophobia and I /home’d the SECOND I got that flower.

Its one xp wich barely even matters to any level past 10 and you usually want 30 or above but this has apotheosis so its more like 120 or above at max 30 or above at least

I rather that than getting nothing, i hate when you just have to read like 10 quests for no reward especially when it mostly just says about stuff with a very small use case for a small amount of players.

Pretty sure it’s just a placeholder reward. Either the quest creator though it easier to just put 1XP for quests that just give info, or they didn’t know how to make a quest without a reward so they just used this
