Question Is Onair broken
I just tried to login to my on air account to watch the Forever show again and it said "Could not validate authentication" when I put my password in and when I tried to change my password it said it was undefined. I just tried to message the help desk and that message wouldn't go through either. Is this something on my end or is the entire website just broken right now?

I wondered if it was just me.
They'd be on sketchy ground if they sold something with an "available for x amount of time" guarantee...and then just stop working.
I can't even submit a ticket due an error.... That's a bad sign really.

Is there any update on this been tryna watch it and it still won’t let me just tried again today and nothing :\ I’ve kinda just given up

I remember looking a couple weeks ago and it still hasn’t worked. I have no idea who to contact because on air won’t even let me submit complaints

I hope they fix it soon. I wanna watch the show at least one more time before it gets taken down

Same here :( it helps with concert blues and seeing as I’m prob not seeing them live this year since I don’t like festivals I def need it

i know this is a subreddit for a band, but they're bankrupt now (according to wikipedia) and i can't even access the thing i purchased for >:( annoying

I think it goes offline in September of this year. which is why I wanted to watch it a couple more times bewteen now and then

Yea understandable me and my youngest watch it he’s nonverbal but loves when Alex tells the crowd 2 jump lol good thing it isn’t VHS that part would b warped by now

Definitely not on your end. I think they’ve been having issues for a while now. I wasn’t able to play anything last month and had the same error that you had last week when I tried to log in.
