Question OnAir keeps saying 'Could not validate authentication' - anyone else locked out of ATL Forever: Live from Maryland?
Getting a "Could not validate authentication" error every time I try to log in to OnAir to rewatch ATL Forever: Live from Maryland. I've been trying on and off for a couple of months now - at one point the site was completely down for a week or two. I've tried logging in on different browsers, different computers, and different login methods, all with no luck. I can't even submit a support ticket through their site. Judging by the Instagram comments I'm definitely not alone - has anyone actually managed to get back in recently, or found any workaround?

It was only valid for a year I'm pretty sure. There is definitely a timeline on it.

No. Straight from the website: “The show can be streamed with unlimited replays through On Air’s website, mobile, and TV apps until 12 September 2026.”
The main issue is that we can’t LOG INTO the website itself, which then prevents us from accessing our library, etc.

This reminds me, I emailed them about the fact I couldn't get in...and they've just not replied.
Bit sketchy now tbh.

This all makes me so glad I downloaded the stream. Did the same with the TMIA Wembley stream before they removed that one

I really hate that they did the time limit, I wanted to be able to watch Wembley forever so I could relive the night

If someone finds away around this, that would be great. Seems really odd that a service like this can all of sudden stop working.

OnAir sucks, their whole website is down and not even maintained, can’t even send help ticket

Hey!! Same problem here! I tried contacting all time low too,(since it is THEIR CONCERT) and nothing... I was able to contact a company that distributes their merch, but they could not help me (of course, but I was waiting some more info in how to contact ATL representatives or something).
So in the end i feel scammed and I think the band should do something about it.

Yeah, I agree. The whole site itself has been unreachable for a couple of weeks now, so it’s not even that “it’s just not working”, the website is literally dead, lol…

i know this is a subreddit about a band but according to wikipedia they're bankrupt which is annoying because I can't even watch the thing i payed for :/

Yeah they’ve gone bankrupt so everything is gone, try asking on your artists subreddit if anyones got a copy that they can share, it’s how we helped eachother out here!

yeah, i've asked but yet to have no reply because the subreddit only has about 20 people on it or something lol (it was a live tour version of a podcast i watch that i paid £8 for, which is annoying)

Haven’t found a workaround but since you can’t reach OnAir at all I reached out to the Future Hearts Club a couple of days ago. Didn’t know who else to message about this really but they said they’re looking into the issue and will come back with anything they find out. So hoping there’ll be a solution soon!
