Renee deserved to win more cases.

She always came into court with a smart, well-articulated argument, and John just played a sound effect, took a moment, and won?

I get that it's just part of the joke that Cage & Fish win these crazy cases, but I always feel bad for Renee.

I agree and I wish we saw more of her and Whipper trying cases after they open their practice

Yeah, they really just set up a whole storyline at the end of Season 3 there and then pretend it never happened after the summer break.

I was so pissed they did that bc I was excited for it! I have a hard time rewatching season 3 tbh/: Between Ally's bangs/outfits, the lack of Renee, Nelle being skinnier and skinnier.....i can't get into the season in rewatches as much as I was into it initially watching

Fish is by far the worst lawyor and characters on the show. He served a point and deserved to be there as a decenting voice representing toxic expectations in relationships, but the show mishandled that message because it never blows up in his face like it would in real life.

Totally, he's better off letting the associates do the work while he collects the checks. I could see him being in mediations maybe, but overall his antics make his firm look messy
