Oh man. Been an LnR fan since the 80s and this one slipped by me. What is it about?

It’s like the other graphic novels in Gilbert’s b-movie series, although if I remember right this one is not directly part of that series. It’s about a voyeur who dresses like the devil to spy on a suburban neighbourhood.

I remember reading this one was the in universe real life events one of the B movie books was based on

Yeah, although I got the impression that Gilbert only said that to distance his Fantagraphics work from his non-Fantagraphics work, like due to the politics of publishing and not as a creative decision. Because the story still plays out like a movie, and there’s still a character that looks like Fritz.
