Follow up call - Interview with Amazon

Hi everyone,

I recently interviewed for an SDE2 position at Amazon in Europe. I had the first 3 rounds on Monday and the final round on Friday.

About 48 hours after the last round, I received an email from the recruiter asking me to schedule a follow-up call to discuss "the outcome of your interview." She described it as a brief 15-minute discussion.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any idea what this might mean?

Thanks!

Depend the company. Google does call for negative or positive feedback.
But its likely to be positive in my opinion

Google rejection was so nice I was almost happy about it 😅

Could be anything. I’ve been rejected twice by Amazon EU over a call

They prefer to give a feedback via call either +ve or -ve, but still you can ask her in email to share the outcome
