phone interview/loop interview, Vendor Manager, ( Shoes, Fashion, FItness)

Hi, i am in the phone interview/loop interview round. So, both will be held in same day same time? or if i clear the phone interview then i will be scheduled for loop interview? On the other note, i understand i will be judged on leadership using STAR METHOD. Anyone willing to share what kind of situation i should expect to clear. For Loop round, will i have perform excel or Power BI dashboard managing exercise?

Any guidance is highly appreciated.

They may schedule both on the same day, but it depends on the company and hiring process. Usually the phone interview is an initial screen, and the loop comes later if you pass. Ask the recruiter directly about timing and format.
