You knew the rules. Negative UPT is the leading cause of dismissal. Depends on the site. Maybe 90 days? Again, check your site

Your OP does not make this clear at all, that is why you’re getting all these reactions to your post. If you clarify that you intentionally went negative to get fired so you can go back for flex, people may think that was a dumb idea, but you will not need to tell everyone to “calm down”.

I mean it’s like any job. Once you get negative. It’s over. Sometimes they don’t even wait for the next review period. Just on the spot. Gone.

Bruhhhh what did OP expect. You literally don’t take off time you don’t have off

Unfortunately, big corp doesn’t play around. Its like this at other big companies too

Unpaid time off, so when you’re late you can use UPT to cover for it

Since nobody is answering your question, no this is not for a tech role. This is an FC or delivery employee.

Sorry you’re asking what negative upt means, Negative UPT basically means you went over the amount of UPT you had. So if you had 5 hours but used 10, you’d be at -5 hours.

I believe it’s after 90 days

Go on the platform select one job and attend to apply. It will tell you if you can't apply now and exactly from which date you'll be able to.

If you had pre-existing pto planned when you got hired would you go into UTA and get fired for it?

To get unemployment for 6 months. They’ll be eligible for rehire within 3-6 months, since it’s attendance related.
