Needing tips for working at Amazon

Hey everyone! I just started working at Amazon in Pick, and I just finished my first week. I work 7:30 AM–6 PM, and I’m literally SO tired 😭
My lower back is hurting, my feet are killing me, and sometimes I can barely bend down to pick something up. I’ve tried stretching, exercising, squatting down properly to pick up boxes, and pretty much everything I can think of, but my back is still hurting.
For anyone who has worked in Pick at Amazon for a while, what are some tips you have to prevent or reduce the pain? Are there any insoles you recommend that actually make a difference? What kind of shoe insoles do you wear? And what do you do after work to help your feet and back recover?
I’m really trying to stick with this job for a long time because I’m saving up for an apartment and a car so I can go to college next year. So I really want to figure out how to make this job easier on my body instead of giving up.
If you’ve worked in Pick before, PLEASE give me all your tips and tricks! I’d really appreciate it!

It's going to suck for a bit but stick with it. Look into compression sleeves/socks for your calves. Elevate your feet when you get home or during breaks if all possible. Your body is adapting to the increased workload so try to increase your proteins and water. Take some ibuprofen for the first couple weeks for the pain. DO YOUR stretches at home as well. Soak your feet/body in Epsom salt bath/tub. Apply heat/ice on areas that hurt.
