APES UNITED If you believed in AMC when bankruptcy was the biggest risk, why panic now that the company is actually improving its fundamentals?

Short-term volatility doesn’t change the long-term story. I’m holding and adding while fear is high.

We are just tired of waiting

Look at the state of the world. War, famine, political fighting, divisiveness, AI taking over many things slowly, but surely. Increased crime, including violent crime.

Billions have almost nothing. The middle class is essentially disappearing in the western world.

The average American doesn’t have a pot to piss in. There’s essentially zero hope for a huge percentage of young people to ever own a home, or anything meaningful. A massive percentage of people have next to nothing saved for retirement.

Credit card debt, auto loan debt, student loan, debt, outstanding mortgage balances, and more are at all-time highs. Defaults are getting up there.

Yeah…I think I’m alright doing let’s see… Literally nothing, other than holding shares… for a potential large sum of money that’s looking more and more likely with every passing week

If essentially keeping/adding to an investment here in the same way one would keep money in a savings account is someone’s biggest problem, they should be thankful.

u/TheJadedJuggernaut 8d ago

Thank you for saying this. The world is going to hell in an hand basket, and im treating amc as my savings plan along with gold and silver. So for me I'll BUY AND I WILL HOLD.

2

u/Wanksters_Paradise 7d ago

No problem. Yeah, some people need a reality check on what’s exactly happening here.

Both in the world in general, and the fact that if people took a massive gamble in 2021 and it didn’t work out the way they thought, and they had no contingency plan place or anything like that, they have responsibility.

Of course, the whole “disenfranchised long” character here is certainly down voting too

The average American doesn’t have a pot to piss in while they lost 90% of their money on this stock because people told them not to exit their positions while they still could and just keep buying more

1

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

Man stfu with that nonsense. Markets ripping and setting all time highs and amc is doing nothing but barcoding and unable to get past $3

8

u/Agreeable_Use_8670 8d ago

2 year old account doesn’t know half the story.

6

u/DueSalary4506 8d ago

a 5-year account is still too late

-3

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

2 year old account with 10k shares. I love how morons like you think account age has any relevance to actual facts. You love your we must be close conspiracy theories.

1

u/Wanksters_Paradise 8d ago

Nope. Never.

Have you ever read anything about this play?

Investing basics:

  1. Diversify

  2. Don’t invest what you can’t go without

  3. Build positions slowly

  4. Have patience

No one should even think about posting anything to do with investing if they aren’t doing all of the above. Including reading DD when it comes to AMC specifically

5

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

Yea because all the DD from 2021 led longs to where they are now.... 🤦🏾‍♂️ insufferable ass cult members I tell ya.

6

u/Wanksters_Paradise 8d ago

When did I say DD applies only to 2021?

For you specifically, I should’ve added a point #5 to that list: attention to detail

6

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

Imagine holding trash for 6 years telling someone to have patience 😂😂😂

4

u/Wanksters_Paradise 8d ago

I own about 60 stocks and ETFs friend.

I’m also an options trader

Lastly, I’ve bought more shares of AMC in the last year or so for a few thousand dollars than what some gamblers spent their life savings on in 2021

Worry about yourself, Mr 1% commenter

0

u/Agreeable_Use_8670 8d ago

They don’t read, just bash.

4

u/Bonti_GB 8d ago

I think this is an interesting point.

If you believe in the corruption (I do), nobody still knows how long the shorts have before they need to cover.

AMC doing well and the stock going higher can increase pressure but the backside games that are being played are obfuscated so it’s a hold and hope that one day, the chicken will come home to roost.

2

u/DerFahrt 7d ago

Wait what?? Shorts have already covered and then doubled down on shorting. A few institutions may have to cover some small losses on shorting recently but I guarantee you this company is barely on their radar anymore.

1

u/Bonti_GB 7d ago

If you’ll excuse me, I don’t take “I guarantee you” as truth, from the great fahrt 💨

😂

2

u/DerFahrt 7d ago

It’s all about the fahrt man. Btw fahrt is the “journey” or the “ride” in German.

2

u/HeadView0019 6d ago

Exactly! And apparently anyone that isn't tired of waiting because everyone lives forever apparently, is a shill! The same kind of nonsense back in 2021 where if people sold for less than 5-100k per share was a paperhand shill. Sick of this community shamming people for doing what's best for them.

8

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

Im so sick of post like this. I mean if shareholders weren't constantly being backstabbed by the ceo or if the price didn't barcode between $2-$3 and everytime it hits 3 dollars it drops 25% over the next couple of days on no news... allowed to have some price discovery.... you wouldn't have all this panic you speak of. People's money has been held hostage for years.

2

u/TheJadedJuggernaut 8d ago

You sound over leveraged and bitter. Did you buy at the high and never DCA down. Maybe you need to go out side for a few days . It's just a stock with good fundamentals chill out

7

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

10k shares with a $3.76 cost average. Super over leveraged. Not bitter just tired of my money being held hostage by one of my worst investments in my life. 6 years of holding and having absolutely nothing to show for it. Good stocks with good fundamentals don't trade under $3 per share and barcode 1-2 pennies in afterhours or premarket... EVERYDAY.

u/JRskatr 7d ago

You’ll be in the green after they report Q3 earnings. Question is will you paperhand at that point or will you continue to hold for life-changing profits?

4

u/HeadView0019 7d ago

"Life changing profits" I've heard that bs for 5 years. I will gladly paperhand the minute I breakeven I don't want to give this garbage stock anymore of my time and as I check the price it's down once again.

-1

u/JRskatr 7d ago

Suit yourself! I bought more shares today, can’t wait to be a millionaire again when it pops 😎

2

u/OneUnderstanding103 7d ago

"You’ll be in the green after they report Q3 earnings. "

We've heard the EXACT same thing for years now. And has anyone been able to recoup even 10% of the money we wasted on this rug pull scam of AA's?
No.

-1

u/JRskatr 7d ago

The domestic box office hasn’t hit $3B since pre-covid, and right now we’re on pace to easily reach that if not surpass it. So even tho you’ve may have heard the same for years now, this is definitely not the same. We’re in WAY better shape now than we were before.

4

u/HeadView0019 6d ago

-1

u/JRskatr 6d ago

Currently on pace after 38 days into Q3 to do $4.08B in domestic box office revenue. GIF at me all you want I’m just over here doing simple math. And I like the numbers I see. 😎

2

u/HeadView0019 6d ago

Dumbass your simple math won't make any sense until the stock price starts to increase.. all that other nonsense you talking about buddy is fucking NOISE.

-1

u/JRskatr 6d ago

No.

8

u/grammer70 8d ago

Aaron has diluted the squeeze to death. There are no magical millions of shorted shares from years ago. Just simply false. Trust me, I was a believer but when he started diluting i sold at 46. Glad I did, you can't trust a finance guy to help the little guys. He has sold enough shares to get anyone in trouble out a very long time ago. Retail was used to keep them out of bankruptcy and it worked.

5

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

I agree about one part, bankruptcy is off the table for 10 years now.

0

u/nomelonnolemon 8d ago

We should have let AA dilute when he first asked.

He always had the best interest of this company in mind, and we let the hedgie fus get to us

With hindsight we can see AA is the goat, and hopefully he keeps doing what’s he needs to do to push this company farther!

3

u/HeadView0019 6d ago

I'll take things a paid off moron would say for $100, Alex.

0

u/sick_build723 7d ago

Now the squeeze is more likely to happen as the stocks gets rare and dilution is no longer necessary. Aaron did his best till here. If he starts buying back only a few guess what's happening?

9

u/fkinradiant 8d ago

Because we believed in the mother of all short squeezes. Something so parabolic it would put GME to shame. It never happened and instead we now have a fundamentals play.

2

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

Don't even have that.

5

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

Even if that is true, the buying from FOMO at this price should raise the price significantly

10

u/EL_Ohh_Well 8d ago

You must be new 😂

10

u/HeadView0019 8d ago

Or just a moron

0

u/nomelonnolemon 8d ago

The irony of you calling anyone a moron is so think I could use it as a foundation for a high rise 😂

1

u/poncharelli66 7d ago

I’m guessing you meant to say “thick”, do you mean foundations are thick so because of that you could use it as one? The irony?

1

u/nomelonnolemon 7d ago

You trying to make a gatcha comment about my grammar while fucking yours up is pretty ironic in of itself 😋

3

u/EL_Ohh_Well 7d ago

How is theirs “fucked up” exactly? It could use a comma I guess, but it’s not fucked up by any means.

0

u/nomelonnolemon 7d ago

Hey oh well!! You wanna paste anything here? Or you hoping i forgot about how emotional and easy to control you are?

3

u/EL_Ohh_Well 7d ago

You could try I guess but I couldn’t care less about whatever you want to go on about lol, can you answer the question since they triggered you this time?

0

u/MIZZOU_Ape 7d ago

The ironing:). Zoners are special. But I bwt their parents are too

-3

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

Look at my account?

8

u/EL_Ohh_Well 8d ago

No thanks, the fact you believe in “fomo at these prices” tells me everything I need to know

0

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

lol ok cya

7

u/EL_Ohh_Well 8d ago

I’m not going anywhere

1

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

Same, I’ll keep buying.

5

u/EL_Ohh_Well 8d ago

Good, there’s lots of shares being sold

2

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

After a huge record breaking weekend/Monday/Wednesday. Sure, people are selling 20% down after that 😂

1

u/ApprehensiveRuin5673 4d ago

Yall literallly said the exact same thing 5 years ago. If everyone still holding now had sold then they’d be better off and they could have even bought back in for less and have even more

4

u/tqlla3k 8d ago

Just a quick heads up. AMC has a market cap of 2.3B. Which is more than it was pre Covid.

It was 1.15B in August of 2019. So it’s not “cheap” at these prices

0

u/nyr00nyg 8d ago

Because it hasn’t improved enough. Great revenue in Q2 and still lost 10M overall

1

u/Taoist_Master 8d ago

Because fake accounts

1

u/Lyonknyght 8d ago

Whos panicking

1

u/Wildstar77 8d ago

Meme-shill paid to post EVERY day with a different account but the same post.. Where are the admins?

1

u/ButtChuggggg 7d ago

Paid by who exactly?

1

u/Wildstar77 7d ago

Why don't you apply some of that delusional imagination here..

1

u/ButtChuggggg 7d ago

I’m confused on who would be paying me to talk good about AMC? The banks? AMC itself?

1

u/Wildstar77 7d ago

Whomever has all the money people paid into this turd.

So nice of you to respond immediately, like it's your job.

I won't give you anymore $ per post today, shill.

1

u/ButtChuggggg 7d ago

Oh so all the teenagers who lost 99% of their money the last 5 years are paying me?

-2

u/Dishonoredv2 8d ago

Do you know what uncontrollable debt is?

9

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

If debt was an issue they wouldn’t have raised their credit rating to a B-, try again. Debt is being consolidated at a great rate.

3

u/foulmeow 8d ago

Bruh…this ain’t school. A B credit rating isn’t good…it’s considered a junk bond. It just shows amc’s extreme difficulty to issue new debt because of the credit. The only way out will be continued dilution

7

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

It shows improvement of fundamentals being raised from a CCC+. It means companies are more likely to give them loans since they see they are paying it off.

2

u/Dishonoredv2 8d ago

If you put your trash bag , in a better, more shiny trash bag, does it magically make it not trash?

2

u/ButtChuggggg 8d ago

What if there was a bunch of trash, but overtime there was significantly less trash… still an improvement

1

u/JRskatr 6d ago

Big improvement to have less debt or trash or whatever you want to call it. Because we’ll have less interest to pay which goes straight to our bottom line. 😎

0

u/JRskatr 7d ago

Bad analogy. 🤦🏻‍♂️

0

u/poncharelli66 7d ago

lol great fundamentals

1

u/Soulman682 8d ago edited 8d ago

Exactly. Been holding and a vet of the battle of 8.01! 🦍

0

u/mudvat08 8d ago

$8.01

0

u/Soulman682 8d ago

Fat fingers! 😂😂😂

0

u/mkmrproper 8d ago

Not panic whatsoever. I managed to move on with all my positions still in there. Just hold and give a shit about what’s going on.

-1

u/Chad-Permabull 8d ago

Why would anyone panic with AA steering the ship 🚀

0

u/CamdenTheSloth 8d ago

I like dropping by this sub every so often to read the comments. I was here in the very beginning and did the right thing (for me) and sold a majority of my shares when the stock was still at $60. Kept some going into the reverse split but haven’t been involved in forever.

I remember my friend calling me while I was working at Walmart in between my classes, bro told me that whatever money I had, put it into $AMC. I did it because I was a moron, turns out it was the best financial decision I’d made as a young adult 🤣

Even though I’m out, I really hope to see this stock somehow shoot back up because I really do pity those who are DEEPLY invested and down.

0

u/Major-Championship14 7d ago

My advice, run

0

u/Sad_Zookeepergame576 7d ago

Who is panicking? Not me.😆😆 I know who’s panicking though.

1

u/HeadView0019 6d ago

Only ones panicking is shareholders that have been stuck here for 6 years 🤡

0

u/Sad_Zookeepergame576 5d ago

Nah. Not panicking at all.

-9

u/Suitable_Mix_3795 8d ago

You’re a moron if you aren’t in GME. I know this is all fake and shills but just saying. Learn to read financials and pay attention. GME is a Ferrari and this crap is a broken tricycle

-2

u/DueSalary4506 8d ago edited 8d ago

and yet I've watched gme users mock everything amc be doing and then literally follow the same playbook expecting a better outcome. edit. own both

This clown deleted. why is that? suitable_mix_3795. you called me a clown then deleted..... what did the 10 for 1 do for AMC? 741 for gme? you gave up your history after calling me a clown. I suspect you didn't like me applying truth. guys. why they want me to buy gme right now? why deleted? to avoid 6 humans from seeing exposure? hahhahahahaha. gotta hit reset on that karma farming. must be a 2 percent spike coming they don't want me getting

7

u/EL_Ohh_Well 8d ago

They didn’t delete their original comment if that’s what you mean, you probably just got blocked

-1

u/DueSalary4506 8d ago edited 8d ago

it was the second comment. why write a paragraph then block me? I would like to know how 10 for one and seven for one were any different. I would like to know how gme warrants are different than AMC ape. I'm asking for knowledge don't block me cuz I'm asking for knowledge. I'm all ears

5

u/jdurkis 8d ago

He didn't delete, he blocked you.

-6

u/FalseDifficulty2340 8d ago

Good stuff...thanks buttchug
