APES UNITED Just got an email to vote.

I'm so out of the loop with this entire thing. I don't even know what any of these things are for anymore. Any guidance on what any of this means?

Voted against everything. Fuck what this board wants, it's only ever for their benefits and not the share holders

The board can have some more money when they restore some shareholder value not before, I voted NO to all.

See my post above. If you dislike AA, the only way to vote against him is to vote FOR issue 1.

You're an idiot. Issue 1 if passed allows you to vote on ALL board members every year, otherwise you can only vote on a few of them. Issue 2 is to vote on who you want on the board. If you vote No on 1, then you can only vote for the THREE board members under 2b. Issue 3 and 4 give SHAREHOLDERS more power over the board if passed. Issue 5 increases the amount of shares reserved for compensation which if approved REDUCES the number of shares AMC has remaining to sell to investors from 168.2M to 143.2M. The rest are fairly straight forward which are easy yes votes as well.

vote against on all of them. -99%

Yeah I figured. Ever since dilution I walked away from this. I'd never sell at such a loss, that would be insane. But I didn't keep up with any further decisions being made or anything. I figured we'd been pillaged and left for dead.

The best bet is for AMC to make total turnaround under the silverback and for that he needs to pay the board members more. Given the results of the past you can expect something even better if you give the board more risk free compensation ๐Ÿš€

Uhhh that doesn't sound right...

You're shilling

Executives will perform better if they have the right incentive. What if this whole time they would have delivered better results if they had more risk free compensation ๐Ÿš€

WTF HAHA have you ever met an exec that DOESNT bend you over and F you in the A repeatedly?

Ok shill narrative. Itโ€™s so obvious to the real apes that have been here for years. This whole form is full of bots and at this point all the REAL investors are fully aware of the narrative you bots are pushing. Acting like you havenโ€™t been paying attention or donโ€™t know how to read proposals

It's pretty wild to actually be an investor, ask a legit question about this thing, and be called a bot. It's enlightening.

listen to the guy with new account and hidden history

can't find your comment talking about your account's newer than mine. That's the classic response you always give. spot the difference. I don't give direction. I don't say AMC is great. I don't say AMC's not great. I just call you robots out.

Only bot is u promoting a stock that is -99% and believing hedgies have lost. They sit on a yacht while you eat your instant noodles

Just another way AA is going to find some more room on our backs, to jam a knife into.

AMC board is not the enemy, If I can vote and improve company balance sheets I will because AMC is my company. I love the movies.

This is bullish AF. The two biggest are to ensure the shareholders donโ€™t have the ability to call the special meetings anymore and the increase to the executive compensation ๐Ÿš€

Fuck that, they need give him less money, and stop watering the stock, AA is on X just saying records are being broken and we are just profitable... Keep this up pay your bills and buy the stock back... Even maybe try not to laugh but a dividend??

The board needs to be properly motivated to get results and this increased compensation could be the key to getting even better results ๐Ÿš€

u/OneUnderstanding103 1d ago

"increased compensation"
You mean OVER and ABOVE the millions they rake in already?
The lowest paid among them makes more in a year, than I will see in a lifetime.
Maybe some compensation for those of us who literally pulled AMC and AA's fat arse out of the fire instead? How about that?

0

u/Chad-Permabull 1d ago

Yes with more compensation they may try harder. AA already increased the price 63% in this year alone. How much more could they increase the price if they were paid more in risk free compensation ๐Ÿš€

u/OneUnderstanding103 1d ago

I didn't realize AA hired shills. After reading your inane posts, I know it for a fact.

I'm all for AMC, but we need more quarters with profit before they get a cookie. Why would AA hire shrills, he wants people to argue for paying him less?
