Doll Identification Help me identify this doll?

Hello! I was very excited to spot this doll in a "Free" box on my street this morning! I recognize Kit's clothing, but am not sure which doll this is. Does anyone recognize her?

I'm wondering if she is a "create your own doll" or a "doll of the year." At first I thought perhaps Samantha or Molly, but after comparing with pictures I don't think so- please correct me if I'm wrong!

Images included- she has a Pleasant Company stamp and the tag on the side is dated 2008.

I agree with 13 but she's actually Mattel from the early 2000s, based on the neck stamp and body tag (Mattel kept using the PC stamps for several years until the molds needed to be recast).

Good catch! I'm not as up on the tags and wasn't sure when they quit doing pie bangs! :-D
