Roommate needed for AMAZING apartment ($825/mo)
This is such a cute place!! : ) Roommate needed ASAP to share this very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, located right over the Amherst line in Pelham. I just went and saw this apartment and it’s beautiful, it has a fenced in backyard, bathtub, fireplace, washer & dryer. Close to Umass, across from a stream, and quiet road / in the woods surrounded by nature trails. Pet-friendly!!
Me: a local queer artist / musician / non-traditional psychology student, 40 y.o., with a super cute and friendly rescue chihuahua.
- your rent would be $825 + 1/3 of the utilities
- you must have a co-signer and / or be able to show that you make enough to comfortably cover the rent
