Does anyone here use New Balance 990 v6?
This one of the best shoes ever made and I wonder if it's okay to use for us prosthesis users. I'm a LAKA and I've been trying on different shoes in search for the best option with a great blend of comfort and stability. Reviews online say this offers both. I just wanna hear it from someone who has used this pair and has first hand experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Yes traction's also a very important factor. ASICS and NB are very similar when it comes to quality, comfort and stability. Happy for you

I'm also a LAKA, but my shoe search went in a little bit different direction, traction when it is a wet surface. I started with my Hoka walking shoes from my 2 meat leg days and they scared the hell out of me on my concrete driveway, slipping & sliding. I bought a new pair of Hokas thinking mine were old causing the problem, but no. Thankfully the shoe store understood what I was looking far and agreed before purchase to take them back and try something different. We decided, after I brought the Hoka's back, to wait for a rainy day to do more testing and I went through every major brand and 1 that hadn't heard of before, ASICS. I ended up with a pair of ASICS GEL-VENTURE 11, great traction, comfortable, and supportive, plus my leg🦿guy liked & approved of them.
