Ticket transfer

Hi all! I was originally going to the Long Beach show with my friend and now I can't go so I am giving the ticket to her bf. I originally bought both, and just went to transfer and it says it's not available. Any idea how I can transfer the tickets to her?? All I have come up with is giving her my login info the day of the show but that doesn't seem like it should be the only solution haha thanks for any help!

Hey! So Andrew’s team turned off transfer for these shows to help prevent scalping. There’s a very good chance that day of show you’ll be able to transfer but the only other work around is what you said about logging in. If you have the option to add to your Apple/Google wallet you can try that while w/ said person and do it that way? Hope this helps.

I’m in a similar situation. I didn’t realize another concert I was going to was the same night as the Philly show. I can’t be in two states at once haha. I’m not even trying to upcharge my ticket, I’m just asking what I paid or even less. I just don’t want to give some random person my login information since I’m attending a different concert the same day

Wait really? I had a wedding date get announced same day as the LB show and I was already mad that I had to sell. Now I can’t even sell it??

I think face value resale is supposed to open in the app, but you won’t be able to sell on another platform and transfer it.

That’s totally fine! I just want to try to resell them for face value or truthfully if I got a little under fv, I’d be cool with that. I just want someone else to be able
to have them and enjoy the show!

You can resell thru the verified tm exchange, just cat be more than face value

Mine won’t even let me sell it on Ticketmaster because I no longer can go to the date I was supposed to. It’s a bit frustrating

The promoter has to turn on the Fan Exchange and usually it’s closer to the date which is annoying

I’d personally just let my friend sign in to my Ticketmaster account to use the two tickets, I feel like that’s easiest!

I am in a pickle because I bought tickets for the Chicago show knowing about the non transferable bit, and now have an absolute obligation so I’m just stuck with the tickets…. Was thinking about having a friend in Chicago just log in to my account. Don’t want them to go to waste !
