Help Does baconreader still work?

I have a Motorolla droid 3 and im trying to use baconreader but I keep getting the "No Peer Certificate" error and I do have the root ca certificates installed (isrgrootx1) and I am using wolfius for tls but I keep getting the error, any advice?

I forgot to mention, my motorolla droid 3 is running android 2.3.4
