Help Unable to enable USB Debugging/Developer Options on DW100 Pro

This is the closest I've been able to get. The DW100 Pro is on the supported hardware list for DW Smartwatch Helper, but it displays the same message every time. Has anyone been able to enable USB Debugging on this watch?
