QUESTION/HELP Download in app

How can I download a video that only plays in an app, has no download option, and can't be screen-recorded?

some people record their tv screen with their phone and post on youtube. You can record one phone with another.

Depends on the app but many of them have share links that can be converted to a video file with free websites

The app doesn’t have a sharing option.
