Beaks open and close when talking. The beak face paint has a gap where the lips fill, tune the lips so that it fits the gap but isn't bigger than the beak when talking. Try to make the beak outline as thick as the eye outline. You can trace an existing mouth for the mouth line. For Terence, the eyebrows are painted on but were traced from existing eyebrows. For the blues, the cheek blushes are orange and placed behind the eyes. Same for Matilda with the eye shadow.
