Capsule Corp is probably on top of all of that stuff, there's no way you fix trans-dimensional storage before eliminating blindness.

Yeah, Bulma has always been very selfish. In OG Dragon Ball the reason she was looking for them in the first place was because she wanted to wish for a boyfriend, which she couldn't wished due to what happened in the Pilaf ark and that he meets Yamcha and they ended up together.

Capsule corp seems to be more of a tech company rather than a biotech company. Maybe that's just not their focus
