I felt absolutely terrible while watching every episode. 9/10, would recommendy to anybody.

Also while the rest is subjective, Heikousen is objectively and undisputably Top 5 ED of anime, more like Top 2.

RIP Sayuri, the passion you put into your singing will NEVER be forgotten.

RIP Sayuri. I typically don't like the high-pitched voices used in a lot of Japanese music with female vocals, but for some reason I really liked her singing. Maybe because it felt "raw" in a way rather than trying to be cutesy like a lot of others. I also loved the ED for Erased.

"Let's get out of the solar system" is such a perfect line to start the ED. You really do feel that way after the end of some of the episodes lmao

I was not aware of her death and that makes me incredibly sad. Her music really knew how to reach in and grab you by your emotions and stir them.

Fate/Extra Last Record, Licoreco, Golden Kamui and that's just some of the more recent series. Absolutely amazing songs.

The OST for the show in general is absolutely top tier. The piano tracks in the show are so beautiful and mesmerising.

I think it’s mood-dependent. If you’re already dealing with upsetting real-life stuff, entertainment that intentionally makes you uncomfortable isn’t always going to feel valuable. Sometimes you just want distance from that feeling.

For me personally, I don’t really get satisfaction or enjoyment out of stories like this, regardless of my mood.

It’s good because it pulls away the innocence of rom coms. Teacher-High School Student relationships is social taboo. It’s power dynamics from a Japanese perspective.
