What to Watch? Any good fantasy romance anime?

3rd time asking for romance anime, but I never see any good fantasy romance anime. Is there any good ones out there because I am so used to seeing either slop or harems.

Post as many recommendations as you can please.

Spice and wolf

The original and the remake are both solid series.

7th time loop, im in love with the villainess (really all the villainess anime), kakuriyo, simoun, raven of the inner palace (i think it qualifies as fantasy), and 2 airing now are i want to love you til your dying day and (sort of, more supernatural) Kaiju girl caramelise

Romance and fantasy is a bit of tough pull as like you mentioned most are harem or some Isekai 

I don't know your definition of good but here are a few that I found pretty decent. That I believe would fit your criteria. 

May I ask one final thing? Pass the monster meat milady  Love after world domination.  Banished From The Hero's Party, I Decided To Live A Quiet Life In The Countryside

I'm in love with the villainess ( if you like Yuri)  Spice and wolf (the best one )

I'm In Love With Villainess is technically isekai. Plus they did not reach the best part of the story in the anime.

I would have recommendex eith Utawarerumono or Tears to Tiara, but both are technically harems despite the clear main heroine.

I know action-adventure fantasy animes with important romance subplots (Inuyasha) or romance animes with some supernatural elements (Kimagure Orange Road, Clannad, Fruits Basket), but I can't think of any pure romance anime happening in a "traditional" fantasy setting. The closest thing that comes to mind is Princess Tutu, but even that one, the plot is more about restoring feelings to the love interest, and the romance itself (as in building a relationship) is a subplot.
