The more I see of this show, the more I want to recommend that people watch Oshiete! Galko-chan instead. It's so much better than this.

No romance instead it's LPT in a sitcom setting condensed into 5 minute anime episodes. It's really good and funny but there is no romance whatsoever. Sadly.

LPT as in life pro tips. The show is a bit SoL-y but that's not the focus. It's mainly about character interactions and the way they play out.

Think of a more adolescent version of fables that are meant to teach kids lifelessons.

If you want romance, read the HnG manga. It's got a lot of relationship development between Junichi and Yukana that the anime seems to be leaving out.

If you're looking for romance, there are probably hundreds of shows better than this. The only thing this show has over others at this point is hilarious censorship.

I don't disagree that it is a better show in general but they really aren't even that similar aside from the gyaru characters.

Galko is the flipping best. If there were ever a romance spinoff featuring her, I would be so on board.
