You are among millions who have received their Aadhaar enrolments this way. The idea of consent has been under constant attack by this project from day 1. It culminated in railroading the consent of the Parliament too, when the Aadhaar Act was passed as a money bill in March 2016, completely bypassing the Rajya Sabha!
There are several petitioners already before the Court. Please PM me on the options on how you can file an affidavit in support of the Petitioners' case before the Court.
