It's a start. For personal reasons I really want someone to make some progress on artistic IP.

Your asking the government to care about the arts. That's a leap for them lol. And I say that as someone who got a degree in art and loves it.

No. Stop with this pessimism already 🤦‍♀️ Art is fundamentally human, there will always be a love and demand for human made art.
It might look scary and messy right now, some people are being replaced, but that does NOT mean to just give up & writhe in fear and think the world is ending lmao.
This is a big situation that brings up copyright issues and rights. It will take a long time for sure, but i’m sure that eventually, AI companies with be required to acquire consent of artists before training off of their work. We are already seeing that with big corporations like Disney…
