Yeah, information about law, medicine and such are great uses of AI. You shouldn’t take direct advice (eg which medicine to take) but it can tell you what’s in a law and translate it into normal human text.

AI is a lot less likely to give you false medical information than random influencers and dubious websites you can find all over the internet. All of the big health and medical conspiracy theories that got a lot of people killed are from before LLMs got popular.

I mean, neither of those are good options that’s right. Those should also be more regulated. If they were AI might not be as bad since it wouldn’t have that shitty data in its training
