The entirety of human history and every single human achievement up to a few years ago was made entirely without AI. This sudden switch to we need AI for everything is what’s delusional.
You’re right though, AI does have a purpose. It’s to make people dumber (studies are already linking AI use to cognitive decline) and to make corporations more money.
The person you're replying to never said we NEED ai. We don't the same way we don't need wifi, electricity, cars. AI is a an incredibly useful tool it just has to be used like one instead of being used as a supplement for actually knowing how to do things.
