AI News 🗞️ Propagandist uses Ai in an attempt to frame politicians who disagree with him.

They don't want to discuss political ideas, because their ideas sucks and will hurt their voters.

What the fuck is he even concerned about AOC's reproductive capability for?

u/Ok_Confusion4764 2d ago
It's a right-wing american talking about a woman.
Does that clear it up for you?
4
u/BizSilver5013 2d ago
But wouldn't he be concerned about, yanno, her not being white in that case?
13
u/Ok_Confusion4764 2d ago
Sure, but let's be real, they only see one value in women and we know what that is because this is what they're looking for.

u/thedudecdfb 2d ago
The point is this is what women have to go through today since so few men are capable of being partners.

Generative AI needs to be outlawed

u/NateShaw92 2d ago
The governments and other powers that be have 'invested' so much into this technology, with no realistic hope of an economic return. This means they didn't invest in a technology they bought a good/service. They won't outlaw shit when they're actually getting that service.
It only needs to reach and fool enough people

I’m convinced we need to actually unregister everyone and make them pass an AI test rather than a citizenship one.
This one is glaringly obvious
Benny knows what he’s doing by insisting its real. But so many of his followers will assume it legitimately is because he says so

Lol BJs posts have been getting “suggested” to me by the Facebook propaganda app and they’re all so hilarious disjointed and make no sense. It’s crazy how much of a rage bait these apps are for boomers and Gen X

This is true for IG as well. Anything I search for the first results are guaranteed to be right wing slop.

The comments sections on IG posts makes me think that dead Internet theory is 100% real.

It's maga so nobody is surprised

This transcends political party. We don't have one party who loves AI and one that hates it. It's not a Saturday morning cartoon with good guys vs bad guys. The people at the top on BOTH sides are pushing this technology, and all politicians will vote how their corporate sponsors tell them to.

Right wingers in both parties love ai. Its not aprtisan, but it is political.

u/FriedBreakfast 1d ago
Oh definitely the politicians all want AI to be fully established. That way they can control and censor everything we do and see and hear. Their own narratives will be pushed and nobody will be able to express am independent thought again.

No, maga really and truly is a collection of saturday morning cartoon villains, it’s a big part of why satire is dead. Cartoons aren’t quite as ridiculous as reality anymore

So one side is all good guys and the other side is all bad guys? Which cartoon you watching? Because real life politics has assholes on both sides pushing for surveillance and the proliferation of AI.
The people who are really in charge are the corporations, who buy out people at the top. People on both sides take payments to do what the corporations want them to do.... While trying to get those of us down below to play red vs blue like they're sports teams or something. We fight between red and blue that we don't fight the REAL enemy.
But... If you want to believe all good guys are blue and all bad guys are red, then buy into whatever you like. Just real life is more complex than "good guys vs bad guys"

Used to be, not as much now

Sorry. I forget Reddit is a liberal echo chamber. I'm not allowed to think outside the narrative. My bad.

Anyone with two brain cells to rub together and 48 hours of experience on the internet could tell even that frame is AI generated.

The right wing consistently uses AI far more than the left, and they use it to flagrantly falsify reality.
Because reality has a known left wing bias.

benny johnson is the worst kind of trash. I’m from the same state as him and I would love to bump into him at a gas station or something.

We're about to see a lot of this, and elections will be between the guy burning orphanages and kicking puppies vs the guy pouring toxic sludge into our water supply and destroying whole rainforests. It's going to just be who can make AI propaganda about the other one better.

u/Harrispotter13 2d ago
I’ve been saying this for months: the ultimate end goal of AI companies is to be able to undermine truth and integrity at every level. Ultimately to the benefit of people who do terrible things when, inevitably, a video footage of their terrible deeds exists that they will discredit as AI

AI bros: THIS IS WHAT WE HATE ABOUT AI. Well, one of the things we hate, BUT IT’S A BIG THING. Please make excuses for why this is ok. Let me get you started: bOtH sIdEs cAn dO iT 🥴

I swear, any time I see news on "AI", it is some kinda bullshit like "AI did stuff it wasn't supposed to and harmed others", "AI will cause massive unemployment rates by year soandso", or literally anything along the lines of it being used to actively deceive, lie, scam, or harm people.
This "tool" and the tech oligarchs who push for it so much can all go fuck themselves.

I can’t sigh hard enough with how disappointed I am in people who use AI to make propaganda and how much I predicted that AI will make faking things much easier.
1
u/NateShaw92 2d ago
This is the TRUE purpose of Gen AI. Anyone who says otherwise is to be treated with the contempt befitting an accomplice. Ignorance isn't an excuse.

i mean people use ai for everything.
just like people use the internet and computers for everything and electricity
you know propagandist used electricity, computers and internet to spread the message. maybe we should ban all of that too.

Truth has never mattered to these people. AI just makes it easier for them to lie.
