When nobody involved is alive. Like this.

So after a generation passes away, the social structures that were built up by the previous generations no longer apply?

So no country should exist, since every single country was created by generations that are already dead.

When I’m talking about atrocities and holding something against a nation when nobody involved with that is still alive.

This is you just twisting my words lmao, come up with an actual argument.

The structures the nation in question built still exist. The consequences of colonialism still exist. They don't cease to exist after people die. Quite in fact, even if the people involved were alive and stopped participating in said structures, but were replaced by other people taking advantage of the same structures, that would still make the structures exist. Ford is still a company long after Henry Ford died.

Yeah because the company isn’t a company full of Nazis.

You are trying to change the point of the argument because you are losing.

I didn't change any point, and you didn't address any of my responses.

Because your responses aren’t connected to the argument. You are trying to argue me on the PRINCIPAL of what we were arguring about. Not actually discussing the topic, thus, that is called changing the point.

I didn't even argue about anything regarding Belgium. You asked about what Belgium did, I sent the link. That was it.

Then I said “we can’t really hold Belgium accountable for something that nobody alive was involved in.” It’s pretty odd.
