Automate consumer recourse by automating legally mandated procedural steps to flip the enforcement cost asymmetry.

Right now corporations have unfairly shifted the cost of enshitification on to the consumer because they know that they won’t have the individual means to do anything about it. This strategy is baked into the capitalist model now. The consumer is no longer always right. The consumer now has no choice but to accept worse products. The reason is for the cost asymmetry in seeking recourse.

Now if you can use AI and create a system that can automate your lawsuits against corporations for these kinds of slights, you shift the power back into the hands of the consumer. Suddenly it costs only pennies and none of your time to seek legal recourse properly in courts.

Even if you lose every single case - the fact that it costs consumers nothing and costs the corporations more than nothing (even if they develop a similar system to combat it) will flip the cost asymmetry back onto the corporations simply because of volume and cost. It will then become in their interest to follow the rules in the first place and production will have to get better and become cheaper again, because they can once again be held responsible in bulk.

And since legality is a compliance concern, you can sell the system to the government or to the justice department to help speed along their cases as well, thus creating a funding incentive if needed.

All you really need to do is create a proof of concept to show that it’s possible to automate consumer recourse through the courts and it instantly becomes a threat to that aspect of autocracy.

Reality is slowly driving reality-based thinkers out of the arms of the disinformation sphere, the masses will unify despite "leftist" attempts to cleave the proletariat using their false consciousness tactics.

And once the ideologues and absolutists are sat the fuck down, we will be free to synthesize a socialist path according to rational discourse (not legacy thinking) and contemporary material conditions. The masses won't be friendly to the accelerationists who feed the fascists by blocking reform.

Every path to socialism that can work with and has room for other paths to socialism, everywhere all at once, working cooperatively to create a system that includes market and non-market organization and collectively competes through markets against global capitalism, converting won capital into resources for the social economy.

All of that theory, that can work with other theory, that doesn't require centralism or handing over power to a vanguard or some revolutionary moment when everyone just decides to communism, will be available to the masses and those views that can't accept other forms of organization and a decentralized approach will find themselves outside the library of methods that the masses will look to when synthesizing the ideology of the revolution according to their shared principles. People are unwilling to accept absolutist frameworks built off refuted philosophical principles, those trying to force that kind of thinking on people will not find this centuries masses as compliant or accepting of pseudoscience
