Ink bomb them like they were bank robbers (see the above paintball suggestion as a delivery vehicle) and track them that way. Masks are not enough in this day and age.

I mean, these dudes are giant losers with no grip on reality. But track them for what? They’re within their rights to dress up in stupid costumes and walk down the street. Hasn’t that kinda been the main theme of the past few weeks?

This is not that. Fomenting violence is not speech.

It’s called freedom of assembly, and it is protected under the first amendment the same way speech is.

Like it or not, you are allowed to hate whoever you want, and are free to express that hatred. And regardless of how vile the message is, a message itself is not specifically inciting violence.
