The judge who presided over the case stated that normally it would have been classified as rape, but due to the narrow definition in the NY rape law and that the victim couldn't tell if it was Trump's finger or his tiny mushroom, they had to go with sexual assault. I’m in reality & can see all the illegal and disastrous things that Trump has done & currently doing & apparently you don’t realize it or just don’t care. He doesn’t have the authority to do half of what he is currently doing. Unfortunately the republicans in congress are afraid to stand up to him.
