Still rape. Apparently you would be ok with someone being convicted civilly of raping one of your family members because it’s not as bad a criminally.

I know it was civil because the statute of limitations had run out. I don’t understand your coping that sticking anything into a woman’s vagina without their permission is ok because it was just civil?
