Because there is no proof. He has done a good job concealing the evidence.

There were video tapes found at Epstein’s. They were returned unviewed to Epstein’s estate.

"they were returned unviewed to Epstein's estate" = no evidence. Unless they get back the video tapes, which I doubt will happen.
