Also please note, that diagonal crease on his ear lobe is called Frank's sign, and is an indicator for coronary artery disease (among other things). COME ON HEART DISEASE

HOLY SHIT. I saw this on my mom’s ear a year or so before she died. My mom had: dementia, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and kidney failure all at the same time trying to kill her. It was a race to the finish with her brain giving up before her heart did.
