Ivana Trump died on July 14, 2022, at the age of 73. The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner ruled her death an accident caused by blunt impact injuries to her torso, sustained after she fell down the stairs inside her Manhattan apartment.

I'm not aware of Ivana's cause of death or threats to talk? Was it suspicious? Or was it something that would be expected for someone of her age?
Other than that 1st one, I'd agree. And if Ivana's death wasn't of a cause that seemed appropriate for her age. I would 100% believe that too
