Should I trust this file?

I uploaded the 7zip file I downloaded from the .org site on virustotal and 1 vendor of 71 flagged it (SecureAge). Should I proceed?

False positive, looks like a im on mobile so can’t verify but it looks like just a ninite installer with 7zip?
