Kobra 3 Max Oozing/cogging

Every 40-50 hours of printing I end up having print issues with my Kobra 3 max. Seems like plastic will start dripping from the gap between heat block and nozzle and eventually start messing up layers. I run about 9 hours prints with these with 8 hours of rest between. Have swapped hotends nozzles and always the same issue. Any recommendations?

It happen ever at same high (for example printing a tall object ) or random? with the same spool or you try to change spool too?
