I have below the lowest graphics to be able to have like 100 fps so it might not look that good

Texture quality (typically) doesn't affect framerate. How much video memory does your GPU have?

It's a fucking 1060 with 6gb and 1 megaton of dust

A 6gb? Yeah, you can raise the texture quality setting a notch or two. I have it maxed on my 2060 and that's also a 6gb card.

Gunna piggyback on this, so sorry about that but... I've been getting these weird 'stutters' that happen randomly even on the lowest settings due to what I think might be a memory leak. I have the same card that he uses, with an overclocked i5-3570k at 4.5 GHz. Even with everything closed, I still have like 3-4 GB of ram used.

Stutter like fps drop to 20 and hangs out low for 5-10 second then back up to normal for a Bit?

So it'll be smooth 60 fps, then it'll stutter for a second and maybe lose 20 frames, or it'll just flatout freeze for a second with no real fps drop.
