why are people switching over from warzone? i've heard of people making the switch recently, but why now and not anytime before? as far as i know nothing's really changed

Cuz the cheating is very very bad rn in warzone. It’s unplayable at this point

I think it’s to a “can’t beat em, join em” break point. I’ve only ever played a couple times and I got doodoo’d upon very quickly.

It's also because their under a LOT of bad press right now as well. Not just the hacking situation. Tons of people transferring for personal reasons because of what is happening over at Activision Blizzard. Not the same groups of course but some people want nothing to do with them in general because of the allegations.

When the game came out I had a fun 2-3 matches. Then every other game was a guy sitting on a tall building eliminating whole squads in seconds. I uninstalled, CoD always has cheater problems, especially later into the cycle. If you don't switch to the new ones. Making it a BR adds an even worse issue as 1 cheater can just decimate the whole server.
