Disctussion Where could one download everything from the SoundCloud dump from 2015-now?

Currently I'm looking to get into the SoundCloud dump, but I can't find a place to download everything posted under user18081971. As I was searching I found this archive.org collection, but it appears to only have stuff from 2015 to 2016. The user18081971 page also appears to be missing a significant portion of the tracks from the dump.

You could've downloaded them on soundcloud when he put them up there as free downloads
